Submitting a notice
A rights holder or authorized agent may send a clear notice through our contact page. Include the protected work, the exact DownVid or source URL involved, your contact details, a good-faith statement, a statement that the information is accurate and your physical or electronic signature.
Response
We may investigate, restrict processing, preserve necessary records or take other proportionate action. Incomplete or abusive notices may not be actionable.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was restricted by mistake, contact us with the relevant URL, explanation and evidence of authorization.
