Information we process
DownVid processes the public media URL you submit, basic request data such as IP address, browser information and timestamps, and operational records needed to protect the service, balance worker capacity and diagnose failures. We do not require a visitor account for the standard download workflow.
Analytics, advertising and cookies
We may use Google services, including Analytics, Search Console and advertising products, to understand site performance, measure traffic and support the service. These providers may set cookies or process device and usage data according to their own policies. Where consent is legally required, applicable controls should be presented before non-essential storage is used.
Media processing
Submitted links and temporary processing files are used only to prepare the requested result and operate the service. Temporary jobs expire automatically. Do not submit private, confidential or access-controlled links.
Sharing and retention
We share data only with infrastructure and analytics providers needed to operate DownVid, comply with law, prevent abuse or protect the service. Operational data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes.
Your choices
You can block non-essential cookies through your browser, avoid submitting a URL, or contact us about a privacy request. Some essential security and delivery functions cannot operate without limited technical data.
