A video link, not a sound catalogue
Use the clip’s tiktok.com/@username/video/ address or its vm.tiktok.com or vt.tiktok.com share link. A sound page, profile, or hashtag collects multiple videos and is not one audio download target.
The result comes from the selected clip. A short music excerpt does not become the full song, and a voiceover mixed with background music is not automatically separated into individual tracks.
Check whether the result is actually MP3
Audio-only means there is no picture; it does not guarantee a particular audio format. If MP3 is offered, select it for a workflow that needs .mp3. If another format is returned, confirm that your player accepts it.
Changing the extension to .mp3 does not convert the file. Choose based on the actual result, not the filename you would prefer.
Save and preview the soundtrack
